This role involves deploying computers, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and collaborating on technology upgrades. Here's what you'll be doing: Deploy new computers and provide technical assistance Troubleshoot hardware/software problems Refurbish and redeploy computers as needed Collaborate on technology upgrades and evaluations Offer technical training and Day One support Here's what our ideal candidate has: Degree, Certificate, or relevant experience in IT2-3 years of IT support experience preferred Imaging experience required Proficiency with Windows PC, Microsoft 365Strong knowledge of PC hardware, software, and networking Problem-solving skills and ability to assist up to 30 people daily2-3 years of IT support experience preferred Key Words: Troubleshooting, imaging, windows, Microsoft 365, Tech Support, Networking, Hardware, Software U.
