PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE (Asbestos Related Disease experience)This law firm are looking to appoint an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor with upwards of 2 years' PQE. A typical day will see the successful candidate running a full case load of Personal Injury matters with a particular focus on dealing with asbestos related disease. The successful Personal Injury Solicitor will be expected to run their caseload under minimal supervision from initial instruction through to settlement and be able to demonstrate a track record in managing a caseload of personal injury claims including occupational disease claims. Working closely with the Head of Department, you will ideally possess the ability to hit the ground running and have the ability to work on litigated cases.
