About the role: Express Solicitors is currently in an exciting growth phase and our Clinical Negligence team is undergoing positive expansion. Due to successful marketing, we are receiving a significant number of new clinical negligence cases and now looking to recruit an additional Fee Earner. The role offers genuine progression opportunities and ideally, we would like to recruit an individual who wants to develop their career and strive towards Associate Status, in the future. We are currently looking for an additional lawyer to join our Clinical Negligence department. Ideally 1 to 5 years PQE/ Cilex or alternatively, qualified by experience. Tenacity, ability and enthusiasm are key skills in helping to get the best results for our clients. The caseload will be a mixed range of clinical negligence work, both pre issue and issued cases, up to a value to GBP75,000 (although more complex cases are available for the right candidate). You must have clinical negligence experience and be able to work for candidates with empathy and understanding. The role will also involve invaluable and rare experience in working with the Head of Department and assisting with higher value catastrophic injury, clinical negligence.
