If you live locally to Nottingham and have previous experience in a compliance environment, then my client would like to hear form you. The Role: - Monitoring the risk and compliance across the wider business. - Ensuring that your advice regarding legal, regulatory, risk or compliance advice is accurate and in accordance with the firm’s overall process. - Reporting to the Legal Director, you will be investigating and resolving complaints, incidents and breaches whilst reporting on the themes you find through investigations. - Maintaining knowledge and control of the risks across the firm which will include ethical, regulatory and conduct risks. - You will act as the first point of contact for all of the risk and compliance team’s responses to client requests and questionnaires. - Working closely with the wider firm by providing your input and support for business development from a risk and compliance perspective...
