This role is an office based role and offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Lawyer to join a renowned firm and establish their career. The appointed Solicitor will handle a caseload of majority legally aided matters to include cases involving care, so knowledge of public family law is essential. You will advise, assist and represent clients whilst maintaining an exceptionally high standard of client care at all times. You will be joining a thriving team, working closely with colleagues on complex, and sometimes difficult cases and taking a key role in the continued success of the department. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from ambitious and confident Family Solicitors or Legal Executives who have in excess of 2 years' practicing in this area of law. The ideal candidate will have legal aid experience as their caseload will consist of mostly publicly funded matters. Candidates hoping to be considered for this role must be confident in their ability to provide an effective, timely and efficient service to this firm's loyal client base.
