You will work alongside room leaders, ensuring excellent standards, and stepping in for the manager when needed. Responsibilities: Uphold the settings high standards inside and outside work hours. Train and support staff, including nursery assistants, students, and volunteers. Maintain safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. Take on additional responsibilities like SENCO, training coordinator, and safeguarding officer. Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in a nursery setting.
