As a Logistics Liaison and Customs Coordinator at the GTA airport, your role is integral to the smooth operation of shipping and customs processes. You will collaborate closely with the Canada Border Agency and Canada Border Service Agents to facilitate the efficient movement of shipments. Your responsibilities include retrieving manifest airway bills, ensuring their approval, and issuing remanifestation documents for customs clearance. Requirements Liaison and retrieve manifest airway bills for approval from Canada Border Agency on site at the GTA airport. Issuance of remanifestation documents with customs (Canada Border Service Agent) to approve shipment release. Responsible for co-ordinating and authorizing shipment dispatch with Linehaul Drivers Responsible for achieving objectives to meet daily performance for the logistics operations Responsible for navigating through airport facility between several warehouses in a time sensitive manner Responsible for communicating with various custom agents and ground handlers to retrieve Master Airway Bills for processing. Responsible for backssing and identifing any discrepancies on waybills while reviewing a variety of reports and documents.
