Rahier Patisserie Inc. is hiring one Baker (63202) to perform the following duties: • Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough• Monitoring the standard of ingredients• Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries• Combine ingredients and use mixers, blenders, and other equipment to make baked products• Decorate and display finished products• Ensure finished products meets food safety and quality controls• Clean and restock workstations and ensure that all equipment is sanitized • Manage needed supplies and inventory levels• Provide training and support to the bakery team Requirements • Completion of secondary school or above• Have knowledge and experience of baking techniques • Have strong organizational and time management skills• Committed to food safety and health safety Terms of Employment: • Salary: $16.00 per hour• Permanent, Full Time/ 40.00 Hours per week• Start date: immediately.
