Up to GBP25000 + Benefits + Full Training Provided Surveying Consultancy who works within the telecoms sector and with offices across the UK are adding to their Cambridge office and currently require a Graduate Surveyor who comes from a strong academic background within the Build Sector. for the role candidates will ideally have A Degree/Masters in one of : Property Management, Real Estate, Estate Management, Planning, Land Management and Town Planning. Excellent communication skills including written, verbal (phone and face to face) Desire to work in a role that will assist you through your APC Full driving license This Graduate Surveyor role is the perfect opportunity for a graduate who wants to be in the build environment, dealing with a range of surveying related tasks including Cost Negotiation, Contract Negotiation as well as assisting with Planning Applications with clients across the UK and Mobile Network Operators. The opportunity will involve client site backssments and will give you a mentor to work alongside.
