Customer Care Advisor Construction Coleshill GBP20,000: GBP25,000 Fixed Term Contract with permanent opportunity Are you a Customer Care Advisor with experience working in the house build sector? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Care Advisor working for one of the nations leading house build companies, consecutively achieving 5: Star rating from the Home Builders Federation. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. As Customer Care Advisor you provide exceptional customer care service to all clients, managing reported defects from handover for 24 months. Practical knowledge of NHBC, LABC and Premier Guarantee guidelines and experience in a Customer Service role within the housebuilding industry would be an advantage. Duties will include; Handle incoming Customer calls Logging and allocation of reported defects on web: based software Progress chase defects with staff and the supply chain Work within agreed SLAs, which vary from contract to contract Identify trends and common issues Confirm defects are correctly reported and filter out damage, vandalism and mis: use Develop working relationship with key contacts at Housing Associations and Subcontractors Positive communication with Customers and telephone Handle complaints in a sensitive and consistent manner Make decisions about progressing difficult issues and identify when internal escalation is necessary Work within NHBC (or equivalent) guidelines and standard industry practice If you are an excellent communicator, have confident phone manner, able to work as part of a small team with established processes and procedures we want to hear from you.
