Due to high demand we are looking for an outstanding Technical Pre-Sales Engineer that enjoys the mix of technical specifications and sales. Roles and Responsibilities: • Work with the Sales leadership in understanding and developing the sales process. • Provide technical sales support of new proposals. Enjoy meeting clients and gather requirements to deliver accurate proposals• To ensure that functionality specifications are completed at proposal stage, so it is clear what we have allowed for and what options the client has. Work closely with Marketing to ensure that presentations are created to a high standard. • To critique all existing systems and strategies on a regular basis in line with advances in technology. To gather feedback from the Project Team to understand areas within the proposal which need respecifying in terms of performance or costs. • To facilitate change orders from the Project Team, always checking for compatibility issues or additional design considerations. • To provide ad hoc support to the Project Team if they are presented with a challenge which needs a technical solution. • To attend supplier/manufacturer training and events to ensure that our knowledge is kept up to date and we.
