Role Overview - Peer Coordinator: In this fantastic role as a Peer Coordinator, you will be responsible for training service users to become peer supporters, delivering peer-led interventions across HMP The Mount. You'll also assist in developing Health & Wellbeing Champions who will motivate clients to take more ownership of their health while in custody. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing connections between the integrated service and the prison's service users. Responsibilities – Peer Coordinator: Train service users to become Peer Supporters and Health & Wellbeing Champions by providing the support, supervision and guidance they require. Work in partnership with staff members and Service Managers to respond effectively to incidents involving clients, implementing action plans for support and intervention as needed. To develop.
