They are currently expanding their IT Team and are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Portfolio Manager to join their dynamic organisation. IT Project Portfolio Manager - Central London Hybrid Our client is one of the UK’s leading transportation companies, committed to providing exceptional services and experiences to their passengers. They are currently expanding their IT Team and are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Portfolio Manager to join their dynamic organisation. In addition to a base salary of £65,000 - £75,000, you'll receive an annual season ticket for the London underground for you and one nominated other, and one of the most generous pension schemes in the country. Responsibilities: As the IT Portfolio Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse range of IT projects and acting as the key interface between the company and delivery teams. Your main responsibilities will include: Leading the IT Portfolio Team and ensuring the successful delivery of business-aligned portfolio projects in line with the overall strategy, budget, and quality. Designing and implementing a robust enterprise-wide portfolio prioritisation framework that aligns with the organisation's priorities. Effectively communicating risks and challenges to the Head of IT and other stakeholders, while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to continuously prioritize and plan portfolio demand. Facilitating and running project and program planning workshop sessions across the business. Occasionally deputising for the Head of IT alongside the IT Operations Manager on an ad-hoc basis.
