Corporate Solicitor, 3+ years PQE, Newcastle upon Tyne, Market leading law firm : or register your interest, Melanie on 320 or email with your CV - This market leading law firm is currently looking for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join its team in Newcastle. - The newly appointed Corporate Solicitor will be joining an expanding team, dealing with a range of corporate matters including compliance, shareholder and partnership arrangements, reorganisations and incorporations. including M and A work, IPOs, start: ups and shareholder agreements. - You will manage your own caseload as well as working with the partners, benefiting from their extensive experience on more complex matters. - You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE gained from another leading national or regional law firm. - You will have experience of working with a range of business from SMEs and owner managed businesses through to large corporates. - It is vital to be a good team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, with keen commercial mind. - Excellent opportunity to progress your career with a firm that takes pride in its client and employee care, promoting a supportive and collaborative culture. - Competitive salary and benefits including flexible / home working options.
