The firm are looking for ambitious Lawyers who are keen to undertake a varied caseload of corporate matters on both a national and international level. The team works across a range of sectors and act for clients from early: stage start: ups through to substantial private companies and PLCs, nationally and internationally. THE CANDIDATE: The firm is looking for a talented Corporate Lawyer with at least 1 years' PQE gained within another national or City law firm and have a proven track record in the full range of corporate transactions. You will be an ambitious lawyer who excels in corporate and M and A law and enjoy working on complex transactions with clients across a range of diverse sectors. You will enjoy working as part of a great team and have access to regular training and technical updates from the firm's dedicated corporate team.
