Service Care Legal are working closely with a Local authority based in South Yorkshire who are recruiting for a Locum Contracts & Procurement Lawyer. The candidate will be joining the Contract team which consist of three other Solicitors. ROLE: Contracts & Procurement LOCATION: Yorkshire CONTRACT: 3 month on going position SALARY: £40- £50ph Fully Remote – Some time in the office would be advantage. The Role- Consist of general day-to-day contracts for services and goods, Grant Agreements, reviewing Framework Agreements and Call off orders, Business Cases and Flexible and Dynamic Purchasing Systems. Handle own Caseload from start to completion. Negotiating and drafting contracts and other agreements. Person- Qualified solicitors, barristers or fellows of CILEXExtensive and Strong Technical knowledge within the field of Contracts & Procurement Law.
