OVERVIEW: - A new role for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE. - They are looking for a commercial property solicitor with a strong technical background who is confident working on complex commercial property matters and able to provide high levels of client service. - You will handle a variety of commercial real estate work including (but not limited to) landlord and tenant work, high value and complex property development, sales and purchases of owner occupied and investment property, and secured lending. - They mainly help corporates, owner managed/family businesses, entrepreneurs and SMEs employees in a range of sectors including education and healthcare in Hertfordshire and London. - The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate solid, technical capability along with an appetite to get involved in business development. - You should be comfortable managing your own clients and will be happy mentoring junior members of the team. - You will join a progressive law firm with a long history and a reputation built on providing outstanding service and legal advice. - This is an opportunity to join an exciting and demanding work environment that offers support and guidance. - Competitive renumeration package on offer. : Contact Gemma Jones at e NL on 020 or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. e NL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
