If you are interested or would you like to find out more please call Penny on 454 2945 JOB TITLE: Junior Corporate Lawyer PQE REQUIRED: NQ : 3pqe LOCATION: West Midlands SALARY: GBP 60,000 : GBP 65,000 (dependant on experience. ) THE ROLE: The appointed Corporate Solicitor will join a team of experts who have established a well: deserved reputation for providing excellent technical advice and well as displaying exceptional commercial awareness. The team act on behalf of a diverse and wide range of clients including multinational companies, international investors and entrepreneurs. The Corporate Solicitor will have the flexibility to decide whether they specialise in a particular field or whether they undertake a more broad M and A caseload. It is expected that the Corporate Solicitor will hit the ground running from the outset and take on a busy caseload, in addition to supporting other more junior members of the team. THE CANDIDATE: The ideal Corporate Solicitor will have excellent academics and either be an NQ in their existing firm or may currently be a Corporate Paralegal who has been promised a training contract but this has not yet materialised. You will have ideally gained your experience within corporate law at another recognised law firm. The Solicitor should have a wealth of knowledge in all areas of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements. If you are a Paralegal you will have strong academics and a commitment to Corporate law, you will ideally have at least 12 months working within a Corporate team gaining exposure to elements of Corporate transactions.
