The Concept: This is a high volume, premium restaurant with a high price point. It’s a creative and fast paced organization where you will have a voice. This role demands a seasoned operator who knows London and how to commercially make the most out of it. They need someone who will be the face of the business and take owenrship for service standards and profitability. This is a wonderful opportunity to take the helm of an already successful restaurant and take it to the next level. The Person We’re looking for a person who really knows people, that’s your guest and the team – you will be a true leader in all its greatness. Developing the skill set of your team and empowering and inspiring them to bring their A game to the table every time. You will hold full financial accountability for this site, so running a P&L and reporting into leadership will be something you’re comfortable with. Guest obsessed, this restaurant has a high price point and service standards that need to be pushed. This will be your forte – guest interaction and team engagement along with challenging product quality and service steps. We are looking for a hands-on leader here, you need have a presence and be visible in the business helping to steer the ship You will foster a learning and developing approach to your team and always look to promote organically within You will be calm and have managed volume circa £150k with team over 100 circa £6 million You need to demonstrate working at a premium level to be considered for this position.
