Hales Group are currently seeking Production Operatives join our manufacturing client based in Rackheath, Norwich. You will be part of a team working in the finishing department : you will be manning machines and ensuring consistent and correct quality of the product. Key Accountability and Responsibilities: Comply with all Health and Safety Policies, and promote a safe working environment Ensure day: to: day running of machines are fully utilised and optimised, including the covering of breaks where possible Produce finished goods in accordance with company and Customer Specifications, whilst checking quality, due to this being the last inspection before release to the customer Maximise machine efficiencys, ensuring machine speeds are always optimised Complete relevant paperwork and input data onto the computer systems Ensure products are correctly labelled Monitor and control quality, ensuring that any defect product is highlighted to supervisor, removed and recorded correctly Essential and Desirable Experience Ability to manage and deal with change in a fast moving and demanding environment Organised and calm under pressure Ability to use initiative, problem solve, and have a proactive, positive, enthusiastic can do attitude Good organisational and self: motivational skills High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communicator. Good attendance and timekeeping Willingness to multi: skill and be a flexible team player based on the needs and demands of the business HOURS: Double Days : 6am:2pm/2pm:10pm rotation LOCATION: Rackheath, Norwich PAY: GBP11.85 per hour DURATION: Temporary to Permanent If you feel you have the relevant skills and experience to succeed in this position, please apply Why work through Hales Group?
