Your Job We are looking for a part time EH&S Advisor to join our team in one of our UK offices, either Stoke or Poole. What You Will Do To ensure the company environmental, health and safety policy is implemented consistently across the business. Develop, implement and evaluate health and safety policy in accordance with the company business plan. Develop and deliver employee training needs in relation to health and safety. Develop and deliver training sessions for managers and frontline employees. Consult employees on health and safety issues and develop the role of the Health and Safety Committee, Including attending meetings. Support managers to maintain safe systems of work and implement best practice, including providing specialist advice and practical support as needed. Work with the Health and Safety Officer to ensure backssments are prepared and reviewed as necessary. Assist line managers in implementing health and safety systems and procedures to meet specific requirements, such as accident reporting and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH), in a consistent and effective manner.
