Based at our Fragrance site in Ashford, Kent , our Neuroscience research team are a necessary part of Givaudan's global business, supporting teams across all categories. In the role of Neuroscience Researcher you will work as part of a multi-functional team applying scientific knowledge and findings within an exciting business. Situated within an industry-leading facility you will build research and knowledge around Fragrance; Health and Well-Being and Olfactory Perception & Behaviour developing consumer appropriate capabilities and technologies. In this role, you will: Apply your knowledge and technical skills in consumer neuroscience and cognitive psychology to develop our understanding of olfactory perception and the influence of fragrance on health, behaviour and well-being. Lead projects with external, academic partners and private companies to enhance the development of new technologies to support the business. Develop unique capabilities using psychological and neuroscientific approaches to characterise perfume properties.
