The ideal candidate will be hard working, enthusiastic and eager to learn more about the world of production kitchens, creating incredible small batch Jams, Chutneys and Relishes using locally sourced fresh ingredients, which will be sold to shops all across Cumbria and beyond. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Previous experience in the catering industry- Able to follow recipes while working in a fast: paced environment. - Passionate about producing quality goods in small batches. Responsibilities: - Following recipes to create excellent quality produce. - Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment. - Following all Health and Safety, Food Safety regulations. - Ensuring the kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently.
