Job Description: Staging Interior Designer Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Staging Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, impeccable attention to detail, and a passion for creating inviting and aesthetically pleasing spaces. This role requires unlimited availability to accommodate various project timelines, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to move, load and unload furniture from trucks. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand staging requirements and objectives. - Develop creative and innovative staging concepts that align with target demographics and market trends. - Source, select, and procure furniture, decor, and accessories that enhance the visual appeal of properties. - Design and arrange furniture layouts, decor placement, and color schemes to optimize the visual impact of spaces. - Execute staging plans efficiently, ensuring timely setup and teardown of furniture and decor for multiple properties. - Maintain an organized inventory of staging items, tracking items' condition and availability for various projects. - Work closely with the sales team to ensure staging designs align with marketing strategies and highlight key features of properties. - Stay current with interior design trends, market preferences, and real estate industry developments. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered). - Proven experience in interior design, particularly in staging for real estate properties. - Strong proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, or similar tools. - Excellent understanding of color theory, furniture styles, and spatial arrangements. - Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to create cohesive and visually appealing designs. - Unlimited availability to accommodate varied project schedules,.
