Job Description: The company is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Domestic Asbestos Surveyor to become part of their team. In this role, the Domestic Asbestos Surveyor will undertake crucial responsibilities by conducting thorough asbestos surveys within residential properties across the M25 area. The primary aim is to ensure the safety and security of residents by accurately identifying and backssing any asbestos: containing materials. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive asbestos surveys in domestic settings to identify and backss materials containing asbestos. Generate meticulously detailed survey reports, outlining the condition and location of asbestos. Stay updated with the latest asbestos regulations, guidelines, and safety protocols. Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure seamless scheduling, coordination, and timely completion of survey projects. Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries regarding survey findings related to asbestos. Adhere strictly to company policies, safety measures, and industry regulations during all surveying phases. Engage in continuous training and professional development to enhance expertise in asbestos surveying. Requirements: Prior experience as an asbestos surveyor, coupled with a robust comprehension of domestic asbestos surveying procedures. Possession of relevant certifications and qualifications in asbestos surveying (BOHS P402 or equivalent). Proficiency in generating highly accurate and comprehensive survey reports.
