Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer My client is one of the UKs leading providers of Integrated Facilities Management services, specialists in the provision of tailored and bespoke M and E building services engineering solutions to a varied, blue: chip client base to include, amongst others, Retail, Corporate and Commercial environments respectively. The Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer is required to carry out PPM, reactive, servicing, fault finding and repair to a variety of commercial gas systems, plant and equipment to include Boilers/Gas Fired Heating, LPHW and DHW Boilers and Heat Pumps as well as a first: look at HVAC systems i. e. AHU/FCU within a number of Retail and Supermarket environments located throughout the Falkirk, Edinburgh and M9 Corrdior area. The main aspect of the position is PPM/service and breakdown to commercial gas systems as outlined above although a knowledge and appreciation of additional systems i. e. fans and pumps and control panels is highly desirable. The Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer will carry out the duties and responsibilities described within a number of retail and supermarket environments located throughout the central belt area. Please Read and Understand The Below Salary and Package Information Prior ing To Avoid Wasting Time Basic Salary: GBP41,000 + Call: Out/Standby of GBP2,340 : GBP43,340 pa. Overtime : 1.5 Monday : Friday and Double Time Saturday and Sunday. 30 minutes travel time each way All travel is paid for on: call and overtime. Company Vehicle i. e. Van : Ford Transit or Estate Car 25 days holiday Pension Scheme Essential Candidate Requirements and Additional Information ACS Commercial Gas: COCN1, ICPN1, ICAE1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, CPA1 Unvented Water Heaters/G3 Unvented HWS Experienced in working in a variety of environments to include retail, commercial buildings, corporate and industrial facilities Driving License The company concerned are willing to place a candidate(s) through.
