HR Business Partner (part time) Monday : Thursday We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner to join our clients team in Crewkerne. As a key member of the Human Resources team, the HR Business Partner will provide a wide array of HR services and solutions to the organisations manufacturing and operations sites across the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate must have strong business acumen and understanding in the manufacturing and operations sector, with an ability to approach business challenges from both a people: centric and operational perspective. Reporting to the senior HR Director, this position is a highly visible role with direct access to senior management in both functional and operational areas. This role requires a proven ability to collaborate with and develop relationships with individuals at all levels within the organisation. Furthermore, the successful candidate must have a strong ability to impact and influence decisions at various levels. To be successful as an HR Business Partner, the ideal candidate will possess the following: At least 5 years experience in a Human Resources and/or Operations role in a manufacturing or similar setting. Detailed understanding of employment legislation and labour relations in the manufacturing sector. Proven success in partnering with operational teams to develop and implement programs that support business objectives. Exceptional communication and coaching capabilities with a customer service mindset. Ability to think strategically about the business and drive results through process and initiatives. Comfort in engaging with key decision makers and taking a holistic approach to problem solving. Core Responsibilities: Develop, advocate, and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the organizations mission and objectives.
