This full: time SAP Functional Analyst role is based in Telford and offers a salary of A GBP 55,000 p/a and excellent benefits. The SAP ERP system is at the core of the clients business, enabling business functions from procurement through manufacturing, billing and all the supporting processes between these stages. Given its key functionality, the three Application Support Analyst roles are key to the smooth running of the business and continual service improvement. To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do: Work with the business areas, Enterprise and Business Applications Lead and IT Architect to help map out future functionality road maps Provide insight and opportunities for improvement, gathering requirements to feed into Service Design work Ensure that change is impact backssed, documented, tested and effectively delivered in collaboration with the process owners Assist with access management Triage incidents raised by users for this SAP Functional Analyst role, you will need 2+ years of experience in an ERP application support role or similar.
