Are you a proactive problem solver with a passion for technology and a strong desire to kickstart your career in IT We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Trainee Service Desk Analyst to join a well-established organisation who are expanding their business and opening a new location near Anglesey. In the Trainee Service Desk Analyst role, you will be: Setting up new user’s accounts and mailboxes on behalf of customers/clients Troubleshooting structured cabling and basic network configuration Handling basic router configuration Taking ownership of tickets and being proactive when dealing with client/customer issues Effectively adding ticket notes and carry out administration tasks Provide a high degree of customer service at all time To be considered for the Trainee Service Desk Analyst role, you must have: Basic understanding of 1st line support role/service desk function A keen interest in hardware and software Able to work under pressure and work well in a team environment An open mind and the ability to be flexible around all aspects of the role Previous experience within a similar role would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given An exciting full-time permanent opportunity with a competitive salary ranging from circa £21,000 per annum, depending on previous skills and experience.
