As a Sales and Customer Care Advisor, youll play engage customers with exceptional service, drive store performance, and contribute to a vibrant cycling community. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and advice. Contribute to store performance and sales targets. Represent the stores ethos and products. Build rapport and relationships with customers. Stay updated with cycling trends and products. Requirements: Previous experience in the Bicycle industry working as a Bike sales advisor, Bike mechanic and sales advisor, Sales advisor, Retails assistant, Sales Executive or similar roles Strong customer service and communication skills.
