Job Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for your designated portfolio including: creating and posting positions, pre-screening, coordinating candidate backssments, compiling competition files, and conducting reference checks• Notify applicants of results of selection process and create offer letters, transfer letters, and support the corporate onboarding process• Guide and advise Hiring Managers on recruitment process to ensure a consistent approach applied to every requisition• Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures• Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process• Provide administrative support to strategic recruitment initiatives and projects• Other personnel and administrative duties as assigned Qualificationo Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or other relevant fields. o 5-7 years of HR related experienceo Advanced skills in MS Office. o Presentation Skillso Ability to work well with all levels of staff. o Strong written and oral communication skills. o Exceptional attention to detailo Demonstrated ability to adapt in changing environments, adjust to fluctuating workload, recognize exceptions and errorso CHRL designation (or in progress) is an asset.
