Job Summary: In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's human resources functions. You will work closely with management and employees to ensure our HR policies and procedures are adhered to while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Your expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance will be essential in driving the company's overall success. Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source, screen, and interview candidates to attract top talent for various positions. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Mediate and address employee grievances, maintaining a fair and respectful work environment. Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and development. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers. Identify and address performance-related issues through coaching and counseling.
