Our client is one of the leading bicycle retailers with a strong online presence and a well-equipped bicycle repair workshop. As a Workshop Mechanic, youll lead the workshop team, uphold company values, and ensure exceptional service for cyclists while maintaining technical expertise. Responsibilities: Manage and mentor workshop staff. Drive workshop performance and uphold company standards. Utilise advanced knowledge in bicycle repair, including electric bikes. A hands-on role, spending around 85 of the time on mechanic tasks. Requirements: Passion for cycling and previous workshop mechanic experience preferred.
