Key Responsibilities: ● Execute a full-lifecycle design process, which includes research, project shaping, idea refinement, building and learning. ● Conceptualize and create impactful, well-thought-out design solutions under tight deadlines that deliver authentic value to creators, learners and the business. ● Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences. ● Design and create visually compelling website layouts, graphics, and multimedia elements that resonate with the clients' brand image. ● Ensure the websites are user-friendly, intuitive, and responsive across various devices and browsers. ● Conduct regular quality checks and testing to optimize website performance and user experience. ● Utilize the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to deliver cutting-edge web designs. ● Continuously improve and update existing websites to reflect the latest industry standards.
