Maintenance Surveyor Dundee : Also covering Arbroath and Edinburgh GBP 34,973 : GBP 36,814 per year, Plus Company Car 35 hours per week We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our Surveying Team based in Dundee. You will be responsible for backssing properties, undertaking pre and post inspections for routine, Major Works, Capital Component and emergency repairs. We are looking for a team player with the ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines to continue providing a high: quality service, with opportunities available to progress your career. The role of Maintenance Surveyor will include: : Carrying out pre and post property inspections, ensuring buildings remain compliant with Health and Safety regulations and relevant legislation: Coordinating the internal repairs team and external contractors to ensure maintenance work is carried out in line with contract specifications and relevant policies and procedures: Maintaining accurate records, raising work orders and managing documentation for work specifications and quotations: Providing detailed reports and advice on budgets to aid decision making and reviewing invoices for accuracy as appropriate: Undertaking critical void property inspections and property adaptions, including investigating tenant complaints: Coordinating and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they are kept informed of progress by providing clear and precise updates Skills and experiences: : HNC/HND in building surveying or similaris desirable: Experience of managing small to medium.
