About the Opportunity Reporting to the Ambulatory Services Manager, the Ward Assistant is responsible for daily flow and function within Outpatient Clinics, including clerical duties and support functions within the department. Duties include but are not limited to booking clinic space, arranging appointments, faxing consults, prepping laboratory and diagnostic requisitions, answering phones, taking messages, stocking and cleaning rooms and equipment etc. The Ward.
