We are currently recruiting for an engineer who has either ATM, EPOS , Print / desktop hardware engineering experience to be trained on the companys full range of equipment across banking, retail and hospitality sectors. It is important that you are able to demonstrate the following; Fantastic customer service skills Energetic, driven and great attention to detail Eagerness to learn Problem solving in difficult situations Good oral and written communication skills. The Role: Repairs, maintenance and installation of EPOS/ATM/IT products within your assigned region Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and replace components on equipment such as PCs, workstations and peripherals, printers, front: end POS systems, ATMs and kiosks Installation of cable, staging and testing of equipment Build working relationships with customers May require prolonged travel, carrying / lifting tool kit / parts of varying weights May require bending, squatting, kneeling, walking, standing and sitting for long periods of time The role requires the ability to work on your own with minimal supervision and to be able to manage your time effectively and pro: actively Whats on offer Salary: up to GBP33K (dependant on experience) plus overtime Company van (for business and private use) Fuel card, Parking and ULEZ/Congestions/Tolls Laptop and mobile phone Uniform? / Tools Full Training provided Working Hours 42.5hrs per week : shifts scheduled between 7.00am to 11pm, Mon to Sun, with two days off within the week : set rota, provided 3 months in advance Weekend working : every other weekend The Essentials Full Manual UK Driving License Must be able to pass PES4 and 3 year reference check? Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job. Right to work in the UK Good written and excellent verbal communication skills across all levels Good time management and organisation skills Confident using electronic computer devices. .
