Clayton Legal are delighted to announce that our client, a highly regarded firm across the North are looking to appoint a skilled in-house Property Lawyer.Clayton Legal are delighted to announce that our client, a highly regarded firm across the North are looking to appoint a skilled in-house Property Lawyer to join their Property Department at their offices near Preston. In this Property Lawyer opportunity you will provide legal assistance in managing the firms portfolio of commercial and residential properties including acquisitions and disposals and dealing with the end-to-end process of leasing. Also managing the Property diary to monitor time dates and issue all relevant notices. You will also work on a variety of other property matters that the department is responsible for to ensure an effective and efficient process is followed. The role will involve daily exposure across a wide range of property topics and have the autonomy to learn and progress in the role, while having an impact on the day-to-day legal matters that come with working for one of the biggest employers in region. The successful candidate must hold solid experience in property law and ideally experience of dealing with both Residential and Commercial Property matters, although some training can be offered , must have a minimum of 4 years legal property experience with the ideal candidate will also have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills. The salary for this Property Lawyer role position is £30,000 40,000, dependent on your previous property experience, with an enjoyable and modern office environment.
