Vacancy: 1Location: 800 Windmill Rd Suite 125, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia B3B 1L1Salary: $23.00 hourly Hours of work: 35 to 37.5 hours per Week Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full-time Shift: Day, Morning Start date: Starts as soon as possible Languages: English Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 yearinteractionperience: 7 months to less than 1 year Personal suitability: Organized, Reliability, Team player Job Duties and Responsibilities: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements; Prepare and post notices and advertisements; Collect and screen applicants; Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment; Review candidate inventories; Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews; Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers; Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures; Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures; Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training; Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties; Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions; Staff recruitment and selection.
