We are seeking a dedicated and talented Primary Teacher to join our team and lead our Year 6 class at our outstanding school in Clapham. As a Year 6 Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the academic and personal development of your students. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and challenging lessons that prepare your students for their SATs and the transition to secondary school. You will work closely with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic and personal growth. Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high: quality lessons that meet the needs of Year 6 students. backss and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents. Develop and implement effective strategies to support student learning and achievement. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to teaching and learning. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel supported and valued. Prepare students for the transition to secondary school, providing guidance and support as needed. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Proven experience teaching Year 6 students. Excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum, backssment, and pedagogy.
