Business name: East West Builders LTDEmail Address: xyz X@Construction Labourer (75110) Job details• Location: Regina Saskatchewan• Salary: 18.00 to 30.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 40 hours per week• Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time • Start date Starts as soon as possible. • Vacancies: 1 vacancy The successful candidate will: - Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades- Mix, pour and spread materials- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs- Clean and pile salvaged materials- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites- Direct traffic at or near construction sites- Read and interpret blueprints Must have a Valid Drivers License to apply. On-the-job training may be provided. Employment requirements - Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, - Planning capabilities, proactive, forward-thinking, - Highly motivated, self-driven individual who is detail-oriented, - Proactive; takes initiative to get things done properly and without prompting; - Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun and fast-paced environment, - Verbal and written communication skills, - Good time management skills, - Basic measurement and calculation skills, - Speak, read, and write English, - Ability to prioritize and multi-task, - Ability to work under pressure, - Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background, - Comply with all company policies and procedures, - Punctual and dependable.
