Responsibilities: Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons to Year 1 students. backssing and monitoring students progress and providing constructive feedback. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to teaching and learning. Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance. Engaging with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on their childs progress. Requirements: A valid teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS). Previous experience teaching Year 1 is preferred. Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum. Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners to achieve their full potential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits: Competitive salary on the M1: M6 pay scale.
