We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer in our UK based Field Service team. The successful candidate will: Provide a blend of remote technical support and (proactive and reactive) service and maintenance of audio visual equipment on customers' premises. Customer sites would be primarily within London & the South, but potentially throughout Europe and off-shore. Deliver small integration projects to specification and high quality standards, within budget and on time. Support the commissioning of larger projects, both as part of the project team but also as part of the handover into Service. Be responsible for the safe and correct diagnosis of faults, the removal, repair, test, implementation and operation of all aspects of audio visual, video conference, display and presentation technologies, as well as updating the systems that support operational activities. Carry out the installation and servicing of systems in the most efficient and effective manner to ensure minimum down time and maximum performance. Provide customer.
