This role is a term time only opportunity. This setting in question is situated near Guildford and boasts a welcoming and modern site. The setting supports approx. 80+ children and young adults from the age of 12 years upwards. This setting is both a day school and residential settings supporting learners with Autism spectrum conditions or additional social, emotional and mental health needs. This school has a strong core value which is to support every child and young adult to have the potential to make significant and lasting change, and achieve great things. Your role will be to work together, to increase resilience, confidence, self: esteem, emotional intelligence and well: being in all learners. The aim of the school is to offer and support all learners to achieve strong and successful long: term futures. Post holders will work on a 1:1 basis with students when required as well as support in class with a small group. The existing team are passionate and dedicated and are invested in offering a safe and supportive environment for the young people.
