Your Purpose We're now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join our brilliant On Trade Sales Team in Northern Ireland. Key Responsibilities : Drive commercial operations and brand agenda within independent on: trade outlets and ensure route to market access for our brands within the assigned region. : Deliver on brand activation plans within the defined region, maximising impact on commercial return : Working with the Sales Controllers and Key Account/National Account Managers to executive on business plans for new and existing customers. : Develop with the appropriate customers/Wholesale partners shared business plans and ways of working that demonstrate best practice in every aspect of customer service. About You : Prior sales experience and track record of managing profitability preferred : Numerate with strong commercial acumen : Persuasive with strong influencing.
