WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will Undertake the manual handling, distribution and monitoring of materials in a bulk storage and warehouse environment. be assisting with the unloading of vehicles and the checking in of stock. Sorting and placing materials or items on to racks, and shelves. To carry out warehouse tasks within; goods-in, put away and receive goods, order picking, dispatch. Adherence to Quality Management Systems, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions and Safe Systems of Work Be responsible for picking specified items from storage or warehouses and prepare them for shipment. pick and pack products which includes unboxing, labelling, re-boxing and stacking products on pallets. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? PLEASE NOTE, IT IS A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT THAT YOU HOLD AT LEAST ONE OF THE MHE LICENCES HIGHLIGHTED IN BOLD BELOW A valid Forklift Truck License A valid Counterbalance License Valid LLOP/PPT A valid Reach Truck License We also require: Manual Handing Equipment (MHE) experience Experience working in a Warehouse environment A recognised qualification in Manual Handling or equivalent will be well received.
