About the Opportunity Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Voice Services, the Staffing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that staff within the department are scheduled according to the collective agreements. Additionally, they are responsible for considering employee work-life balance, deadlines and current budgeted FTE’s when scheduling within the call centre and administrative staff.
