Position Summary: The HR Service Centre Lead, North America is a key member of the Global HR Operations team. This role leads a team of HR Coordinators that execute HR transactions for Canada and the United States, and is responsible for bringing seamless and high-quality HR experiences and services to our employees and people leaders. This role reports into the Global HR Service Centre Lead. Responsibilities: Build and lead a high-performing HR Service Centre team: Hire, onboard, train, and develop a team of HR Coordinators, based in Mississauga. Measure and report on HR Service Centre performance, including the areas of data integrity, compliance to process, volume of transactions and service level agreements. Perform data audits to identify opportunities to improve data integrity. Perform process audits to identify opportunities to improve process design and process execution.
