Proof of the certification is requested with the response. 10 years' experience providing a team leadership or primary support role for organizational and process design for a large-scale business transformation. Experience should include designed target state operating models, organizational structures, process design, value stream mapping, and gap analysis activities. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years. 5 years' experience leading or contributing to a business analysis or enterprise architecture practice for an organization including overseeing adoption of best practices, coaching and mentoring practitioners, providing quality assurance on work products, managing resource assignments, and leading the team.
