We want to be your 'Employer of Choice' Our team is growing, come join our team at Securiguard! We are currently seeking to hire a part-time guard at our site in Barrie. The candidate must be able to commit to the shift and be able to have transportation to get to the site. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, hard-working, and is a responsible individual. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, receiving packages, greeting visitors and answering the phone Developing and implementing standard operating procedures for reporting, and dealing with incidents when applicable Responsible for incoming and outgoing visitor access control Carrying out duties while maintaining excellent standards of customer care Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property and monitoring CCTV and investigating areas. Perform additional tasks and duties as set out by the post orders Experience and Qualifications: Valid Security Guard License Valid First Aid / CPR certificate Must be able to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time Strong Communication skills, written and verbal Ability to complete daily logs and write detailed reports Basic Computer Skills Must have your own transportation to and from work location Position Details: Friday-Saturday: 2130-1030 What's in it for you: Development and Advancement opportunities Securiguard helps those looking for careers in Law Enforcement by career pathing through our training and development program.
